You can request account deletion directly in the app or contact our support team.
In the app
Go to Settings → Close my account. Your access will be disabled immediately.
Data retention
Transaction records required for compliance may be retained for the period required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@cashafri.com from the phone number linked to your account.
