Terms of Use

These terms explain how CashAfri represents value and how to use the app responsibly.

Value units and cash exchanges

CashAfri represents value units and authorisations. No physical cash exchange takes place in the app; cash is exchanged between the parties outside the app.

Fees and confirmations

Applicable fees, limits, terms and allocations are shown before you confirm and may be updated by CashAfri. Confirming with your PIN creates an auditable, idempotent ledger entry.

Keep your account secure

Keep your PIN secure, use a trusted device, and promptly report any transaction you do not recognise to support@cashafri.com.

Closing your account

To close your account, go to Settings → Close my account or read the account deletion process.
